Sorry for the misunderstanding............I wasn't saying LH not scoring points at Brazil 2011 helped JB........ I was pointing out the WDC situation
I didn'rt realise that Viscount had answered your comment.
But.......you can see that no one could catch RBR Vettel.
Four drivers were up for best of the losers, 2011 was not a nail biting finish to the WDC, not like 2010 where it went to the wire for four drivers. JB was out of it, but said he was driving for himself.
Since Jenson joined McLaren.LH has helped him whenever appropriate

Bearing in mind there is nothing official in the public domain (that I am aware of) regarding implemented team orders etc in McLaren in 2010 or 2011, it remains subjective. I am not aware of Lewis helping Jenson in 2011, not that I would have thought it necessary, although Jenson following lewis round for most of the Brazil race without so much as a sniff of an attack may be indicates that despite the words, the actions were what was required. I would hope that if push came to shove, and the opportunity arose, that Jenson would do the right thing, although I do not expect the opportunity to present itself.

With all this said, I am not sure that anything will really make a difference to anything, least of all people's opinions or perceptions.

I have been saying that about Lewis from the very beginning of this thread. I have always known he would want to win the title on his own terms without any help from Button or any team mate....

Jenson has sent me a personal E-mail to pass on his thanks to people at Clip The Apex. Last year a thread went up just before Canada asking whether he should differ to Lewis and a yes vote was reached on that too - then he won. The same thing just happened today in Spa. He's asked me to make sure we vote on a poll like this before every race as he now believes its us tempting the fates!

Romain Grosjean has also e-mailed me to ask us to stop saying he needs to learn from his start line mistakes for the same reason!
