Sounds like a good reason not to want him to drive for you. Pay someone millions of pounds annually and they don't want to play team. I'm not saying that is the case but if it is it's certainly not the sort of attitude I would expect from one of my employees. I hope he does play the game or he will drop hugely in my estimations.
