Nothing to do with anything, but i was bored and checked when it was the last time the Monaco GP lasted more than 2h and 17m (2013) and the last time it lasted more than that was 1972 with a time of 2h and 26m.
While I applaud your sentiments, that formula would leave the ratings of GPs with a single Flav sighting unaltered, and would make the rating of most Grands Prix, thankfully, undefined. Rather than a hyperbolic function, I'd suggest an exponential factor of the form e^-39F would be more suitable.
