RonLathouwers - There have been times where it has taken some time for the permissions to be updated on the server. It may well be available soon. I have made the staff aware of your issue.

Contributors and Premium Contributors gain permanent access to the OTDB.

As soon as PayPal send the confirmation back to the site, it can take up to 10 minutes for the routine cron to run and upgrade the account.

I have checked your account status RonLathouwers and it all seems to be fine now.
