Do you think they have a lessons learned meetings at MTC? Mclaren are always turning up at the start of the season with a dog saying a B-spec is coming.

From evidence of this race Alpine are pretty much in the same position as they were last year. With two consistent point scoring drivers, Mclaren are going to find it hard to catch that up even with a B-spec car. With Aston probably jumping both of them, not being ready could be quite costly.

There is a major lesson learned... Relying on the Toyota wind tunnel in Germany is no substitute for having a bespoke facility on-site

Given how strongly Aston are performing, it suggests that the Mercedes engine is still solid - and given how poorly Alpha Tauri are doing it suggests that the Honda engine isn't the be-all and end-all (unless they're doing what Honda did in the early 1990s, and give McLaren the good engine, and Tyrrell the year-old garbage.,..

It's not the Honda engine it's the Red Bull Powertrain...Interesting reaction from Franz Tost about not trusting his engineers about the car

Well either we will get a one sided championship or Checo is going to stand up and fight. The rumblings about fastest lap goes on how Red Bull managed it again...however their gearbox seems to be an issue in Verstappen's car .


The Dutch are amusingly trying to defend Jos Verstappen 's actions by saying there is footage of him congratulating Perez and he's been smeared by the media with that mugshot of himself
