Harry's the best English manager in the Premier League by a country mile! We should be on our hands and knees begging him to become the manager of our National team. We've let too many big character slip through getting the England job (Brian Clough and Martin O'Neil for examples), I think its about time we had a manager in that wasn't afraid to make big changes and bring youth through. Harry Redknapp must and should be the next manager of England IMHO.

Brian Clough was born and bred on Teesside where i live! My dad has told me many stories about him and he's a Legend in these parts. Plus he died in 2004, by then i was 16.

And he is held up as a legend as many. A truly flawed character whose alcoholism, alleged homophobia and intolerance of those who failed to agree with "Clough's Way" really damage his reputation.
An immensely successful and charismatic figure who, unfortunately, with the passing of time has become risible to some, a financially suspect chancer to others.
England Manager? Well only if he'd kissed the arses at the right time. A bit like Redknapp, really (we'll say nothing of the financial parallels shall we?).

What you need is a local rugby club to offset the cost, isn't it? That's why we're seeing Swansea City (the Welsh Barcelona - Brcyllwna?) doing so well!

As for Sunday, I am tipping Man City to beat Spurs 3-1, and Arsenal to scrape a 2-1 win over Man Ushited.
