Ha. Same here on doing the racing line thing. Didn't realise it was so common. I'm an extremely quick walker as well, so I make doube time now I no the quickest line.
Must be that Red Bull i keep drinking.

Plus 1 for that. Trolley's are balanced so you can slide round corners. Do you also take your feet off the floor and roll down the isles, or is that just me.![]()
There is no other way to use a shopping trolley.
I slipstream slower pedestrians and step off the racing line for overtaking manoeuvres. I try to judge them and time them just right but occasionally have to pull out of them.
I've done that as well. Ever given yourself a drive through penalty? or have I gone too far.![]()
Even better is when you come across a person who appears to be doing the same thing leading to both of you practically sprinting. I refuse to be out walked.
