Is the Radio Complaint Becoming F1's Version of Diving?

Handsfree is allowed here in the Netherlands. They could very well incorporate it in the helmet.
But realistically, a mobile phone is just a different means of radiocommunication.

Looking at that list, given that teams wouldn't need car to pit data as there is nothing they can now do with it, why not ban all but the most essential information from the car. The cars themselves could be fitted with a type of black box for post race analysis by the teams or FIA. This would also be able to reduce costs because it would make the UK based race operations centres almost pointless.

Is Hamberg actually Ron Dennis in drag?

No. But I think its worth considering the impact on the none headline people when you're talking about changing sporting regulations.

Firstly people are complaining that these workers have too long a holiday in the summer and now people want to get rid of their jobd all together. Poor buggers.

The teams can't have their cake and eat it. On the one hand they say the costs are too high and on the other hand they almost certainly have ten times the number of staff that they would have had thirty years ago. What they generally mean when they say that cost are too high is that not enough income is converted into profit.
