Cvc are looking for a 10 bill IPO and have appointed Goldman as advisor, they are looking to float in Singapore and not London

This has been on the cards for ages, the real surprise is the Singapore market, but it indicates the thinking in where there's appetite for this

I think i remember reading something on the Singapore market where they let you sell non controlling shares.
So you could buy all 10 mill and have no say in anything the company does.

Wlliams were sold on Frankfurt market.There they needed to provide less information regarding prize money and sponsorship details.
