Not really a disaster, it's a big improvement compared to the last two years for them.

I wouldn't be placing any bets that they'll make the final test yet, they could still find themselves in the same situation as the last two years.

I reckon that shadow is hiding something truly hideous.

I agree, the mercs usually look good, but this one is gonna be ugly!

A very convenient shadow around where the nose would be stepped if the have one. Maybe they saw what McLaren had last year and it has takn them longer to launch as they redesigned from th ground up to avoid stepping the nose and just don't want to show it yet?

Also signs of an interesting ridge down the engine cover, very short and compact side pods, plus a very tight back end compared to normal, though tht may just be the way they have shown the lighting on the car....

Have you not all considered that they may well not have used a real car for their advert..... or at least, if you compare this to last year's car, it looks remarkably similar.....

Looks not too dissimilar to the type of advert for the Porsche Panamera or the Nissan Juke - and we all know how hideous those things are!

Maybe there expecting lots more accidents this year so have made the cars look "pre-crashed"? The Nissan Juke always looks like it's just come out of an accident to me.
