We should all be aware by now that ITV absolutely hate Arsenal, and have had, do, and always will have a love-in with Man U and Liverpool - shown by showing pretty much all of Liverpool's champo league games on ITV1 (when Arsenal's were bunged on ITV4 - when I didn't have freeview!) and, instead of providing the FA cup, they provide, for the last few seasons, Man United's FA cup season.

ITV have to get the biggest possible audience share, which in simple terms means showing the teams with the most fans - this is Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea in that order.
