Question about the standings

i looked at the standings and i have an urgent question! why is sutil 22nd and latest and his team mate fisichella 18th?

they both seem to have the same zero points and even the 2 super aguri's (RIP) are ahead of adrian but behind fisi. is the FIA maybe anti Force India???

Sutil has not got better finish than Sato and Davidson, this season

Its the same reason Hamilton is 2nd and Massa is 3rd both have same points results but next worse finish for hamilton was 13th (or something like that) whereas Massa had no other finishes
