Penalties, parc fermé, and changing set up

When the teams get to the circuits one of the things that they unpack and set up is their computer system. Amongst other data on there is a setup worked out from everything they know about the circuit and the car. I remeber Davidson talking about this, he said that some drivers keep to this setup until the track is well rubbered in, others chase the track by changing the setup to suit until they finish up back at their original settings.

So I do not think that Red Bull were taking that much of a chance on changing Vettel's settings, in fact they had more data than just before qualifying.

Doesn't prove much as he was on the faster tyre with not many laps to go, compared to the rest who where on hards for quite a bit longer than him.
