Head To Head Nico Rosberg vs Lewis Hamilton

Not exactly fair on Rubens Il_leone. He only moved over after he was reminded by Jean Todt that if he didn't he'd be looking for a new drive by the end of the weekend. In moving over Rubens made it as obvious as possible making his point in the process.

The situation between Merc and Ferrari was completely different. All drivers are equal but some are more equal than others.

Yes but Rubens was weak - 2002 he should not have moved over - he earned that race and the weekend

So what if he got sacked - he could make a case that he wanted to be winner and beat Schumacher fair and square

And then gone back to Brazil or the US to race for a third of what he was on and with none of the publicity. Sometimes it's better to be inside the tent peeing out rather than outside peeing in. As it was, it bought him a good few years more in F1 including a reasonable tilt at the championship on equal terms with Jenson. It must have been a tough call but I wouldn't call him weak. He made his point and came out of it a) with a lot of sympathy and b) with his reputation intact.

Compare what people think about what Rubens did that day and what Massa did for Alonso a few years later.

The request was not given with a no 1 and number 2 driver in mind that is just a ridiculous cop out statement to make the request was given due to different strategies and also Rubens was contracted as the number two driver and would not have any choice but to move over, how on earth can you even compare the two situations?

Edit

Rubens showed a massive pair of balls when Schumacher tried to kill him in Hungary a couple of years back.

Anybody noticed that Nico is the only of the two not to podium on a race they finished. This, despite Lewis starting from last and finishing on two occasions. All a load of statistical bollocks, but for those that like that sort of thing.
OK. But up until Germany Lewis was the only one of the two not to finish in the first 2 if he finished. So this will probably mean that Lewis next race will finish 5th. Lewis dropped the bar for lowest finish to 3rd in Germany. Rosberg dropped it to 4th in Hungary. Logically this means Lewis will drop it again, now to 5th in Spa. And then Rosberg to 6th and so on.
And last time when Ricciardo won, the next race was won by Rosberg. (And the previous was also won by Rosberg, just as Germany was won by Rosberg).
So it doesn't bode well for Hamilton! Because after that Hamilton won again, then Rosberg and then Ricciardo. So it seems Rosberg is looking in better shape.

I guess my point is that statistics like that are pretty pointless.

These are the numbers between them since they are teammates. This is pretty close battle, isn't?
