I noice that the Mail article says that it will be included at no extrat charge in Sky & Virgin Media packages. I have a Virgin Media package, but I don't suppose it will be the 'right' one.
You're still talking about £30.25/month minimum for a Sky package that would include the F1 channel. That's £363 per annum on top of the licence fee, for 10 extra races over what you could see on the BBC. That's £36.30 per additional race. Big deal!
I expect the only thing which will ruin it will be the huge garish Sky logos everywhere and the silly, childish "whoosing" sounds they seem to be so fond of.
To spend our TV licence money and rub it in our faces! I was really hoping they would show deferred broadcasts, why do the eastern races get a 2 hour highlights package while the European races only get 90 minutes?
