Yes and this means Sauber is no more. Unlike the BMW partnership which was an equity JV, this is an outright takeover. The F1 team is a division of the Car company. It’s like Ferrari.

Wow I heard Hoffman role was atcrisk but not Seidl

They've just copied Mclaren in putting an engineer as team leader.

I can only think this is to tempt Sainz and a host of Ferarri people
