Yes I am sure there were mitigating circumstances, and it's never to do with him, it's the teams reacting to him jumping ship etc etc

I'd agree because 2009 was a wasted season for Renault and Alonso was working towards a Ferrari deal and using Renault .

Given the fall out from crashgate where the blame is on Briatore...most of the problems stem because the team are set up to serve Alonso's needs which Flavio is happy to fulfill like a good lapdog

Alonso still has friends at Renault in terms of people at Enstone but Genii capital and especially Eric Bouillier have been damning about the mess he and Flavio left the team in

Certainly he did not do himself favours by dedicating his last Renault podium to Flavio at Singapore and then last year saying he enjoyed his season at Ferrari when his race was ruined by Petrov's Renault

I voted Massa and I don't see anything else on the horizon to change it. Alonso likes Massa as he's got him covered...and Massa's won about 10 races for Ferrari.

Who knows...Massa might even win the Grand Prix tomorrow. Ferrari are snapping at RBR's heels now so Massa's got a reasonable chance.
