Are the noses going back to 2011 spec again this year? Those noses looked ugly last year.

HammydiRestarules They can cover them up with a "modesty panel" but it's not compulsory and it's possible that some teams will leave the stepped nose exposed.

Regulations stay the same but they will be allowed a "vanity-cover" to hide the step. I wonder how many loopholes can be found around the vanity cover.
