First image of HRT's F112.


McLaren have got to be worried now...

McLaren lost design staff to Ferrari, I had hoped that Ferrari would also have a non stepped nose.

Seems the pretty nose interpretation of the rules is shared by those left behind at McLaren and at HRT

From that picture I would say the HRT probably does have some sort of step? I might be wrong, and the nose is low, but I think there's probably a step just behind the antenna you can see sticking out. Perhaps it is just a straight line up to the chassis as opposed to a step though.

If I was a McLaren engineer I might be a bit worried by having a different philosophy to Red Bull, Ferrari, Mercedes and Lotus but I certainly wouldn't give a shit about what HRT have done, if you excuse my french.

It's not so much a new image, but here we have Red Bull trying to pioneer the 2012 spec front wings back in 2010, maybe it's what influenced Mclaren.....
