Just out of interest, while the FIA are begrudgingly making a show of caring about flexible wings from a design rule point of view, if said flexibility could make the cars uncontrollable and dangerous in close quarters, then is this not a much more compelling reason for the FIA to take interest?

After all isn't that why ground effects were banned in the first place...

Seb, could have been a more serious incident if he'd speared Button if he'd had a little elevation on the front tyres.

Is there a test in F1 if a car T-bones another the 2 car's Aero parts and front wings means the car doing the hitting cannot become elevated and as you can imagine where the nose of Seb's car could have ended up?

You can't accurately replicate the forces a car goes under while racing in parc ferme.

Horner and Newey both know this and designed the car as such. The FIA need to be given the power to base their tests on video footage but until then can we fit some training wheels to Vettels car until he's learned how to drive it.

That video makes for very interesting viewing but the issues concerned here I feel are for a different topic:

Even so, Seb really needs to improve his overtaking skills as he is constantly getting caught up in entanglements. He visited the pits 5 times, twice due to collisions and 3 times for a tyre changes - two of these tyre switches were totally unnecessary. He must have been relieved when he was going down the pit lane at the end the wrong way round!
