Nico's driving recently has had more than a whiff of desperation about it, a definite sense of "oh no you don't" when in wheel-to-wheel combat, that unfortunately evokes more Webber than anyone else. He got penalised because "Nicosteer" is in danger of becoming a thing, and needs to be nipped in the bud.

I voted yes. But note that this type of forcing others of happenend before, mostly unpunished. I think every driver forcing another driver of needs to get a penalty.
