tooncheese - They didn't lead a lap of the race they won. I'm assuming you mean Fagioli, Musso and Brooks for the first three rather than Fangio, Fangio and Moss.

Bloody hell, here goes...
Who is missing twice and why:
Hill, Herbert, Hakkinen, Coulthard and Barrichello.

It's a huge guess but Hill won the 98 Belgian GP and it rained (a lot), Herbert won the 99 European GP and it rained (a lot), all 5 of those drivers were winning at around the same time so my guess is the missing name is Schumacher and they won wet races from 98 onwards ??
Button because they all won their first grand prix in wet/changeable conditions or as some might say by luck..
