Can we stop all this carry-on about what media from which country is the worst?

This thread is about Schumacher's injury and nothing of any substance has emerged from actual hospital sources. That's all that matters. Who gives a toss about what the media are like in New Zealand or anywhere else?

I'm fully aware of what this thread is about. Fourteen hours ago I posted what may turn out to be good news. I didn't expect, nor did I deserve to be bad mouthed for my posting. People can either follow these reports or ignore them, that is entirely their choice, in the meantime I will continue to wait for hopefully improving news from France. Ignore my postings if you wish or thank me for passing on information as it comes to hand.

Schumacher's manager has confirmed he is slowly being bought out of his induced coma. I will repeat Television New Zealand is a highly respected broadcaster that doesn't go public without total confidence in its news sources.

I know it's very early to comment on that, and we all hope that Michael's brain faculties remain unscathed and that he will undertake a successful recovery.

But the period during which he is being progressively brought out of his coma is the strangest thing that could happen to his, or anyone's life. The mind in the long progression from inactivity to consciousness undergoes a multitude of intermediary stages and manufactures a multitude of scenarios, with no distinction between dream and reality, since both appear equally real. It can take a several months before a clear distinction between the two begins to appear.

Precisely, according to reports which may have been made up by someone who thinks that saying this he/she will get plaudits as having insider information, or possibly really does have information. We have not checked this as we are in the business of selling papers to make money, not in the business of providing verifiable, unbiased news.
