I know how he does it, through skill and detailed research into weather patterns. It staggers me that so many (all) members of Clip the Apex think that he makes it up as he goes along and that he is actually less accurate than the law of probability.
I've always known that whatever Jos the Boss says there's one certainty, he's said it, and that's enough for me. I despair for you naysayers, Jos knows where it's at, it's just never where the race is.
