In that case, my first thought was Silverstone because of the run-off area but looking again it could be Spa just after the La Source hairpin (again i'm thinking because of the run-off area to the left of the track). Failing that I have no idea, other than listing all the tracks Toyota have raced on

Hmmmmm i'll say Silverstone, the right-hander after the old pit lane (the old turn 1) as it looks like the driver (not sure who's helmet that is) is leaning his head as if it were a right-hand turn, and the run-off looks familiar, not least from F1 2010/2011
