Yes! The Bailiwick of Jersey it is indeed. Pictured is Reg Parnell hustling a Maserati 4CL through the hairpin between the A1 and A2 roads at Victoria Park, during the 1947 Jersey Road Race. He's on his way to victory by over a lap from Chiron in a similar car. Well done, didn't think anyone was going to get that one.
