OCE do large scale CAD printing machines and they are a German company so it has to be a German track. It's not the N'ring or Hock so must be one that's not been used for modern F1.
That is a Benetton Ford B191B and it must be Brundle driving even if that isn't his helmet which makes the year 1992 so I'm going to say that Brundle had a special helmet for the British Grand Prix so it must be Siverstone..
