There's always one...

The top one has alternating row colours, although it is very subtle.
I was just testing it out to see if it was easier on the eye.

I think the contrast needs adjusting on my monitor then!

Didn't realise it was alternating colours at first, but the top one is definitely clearer

Thanks guys.

I've tweaked the colours a little, making the header a bit darker which allowed me to make the even row colour slightly darker.

Much easier to read now I think.

Whilst we are on feedback, any chance the news feed could be slowed down a tiny bit?

I read half of it and then it changes, doesn't need slowing by much but by the time I've read it and thought "oh I'll read that, move mouse to headline, oh it's gone"

Which one?
The single feed on the home page or the main news page feeds?

I guess you know that if you mouseover it pauses?

The one on the home page was set to 4 seconds.
I've changed it to 5 seconds, let me know if that's any better.
