24 Hours of Le Mans or Nurburgring?

The wife and I will be in Europe in June, picking up our new Ruf , and we plan to go to either the Le Mans 24 hour or the 24 hours of Nurburgring. No, we cannot take in both.

We have been to Le Mans quite a few times in the past, but never the 24 Hour Nurburgring event. Which would you recommend?

First of all, this is for the Ruf
Lucky sod.

Tough call really but as you haven't been to the 24 Hours Nürburgring then surely it has to be that, as that's another one you can tick off?
I know it doesn't generally have the same prestige as Le Mans but even so, it's an event you haven't been to before.

Nurburgring, definitely. I did both last year, I'm only going to one this year..

If you've not been to the ring before I'd go for that.

I'd stay for an extra day or 2 afterwards too and take the Ruf around the Ring
