Hello everyone! I thought since there is a WEC thread on here we could also start an IMSA thread! Especially now that we are going to have cars and teams crossing over between WEC and IMSA. Plus the 24 of Dayton is always a thriller and Petit Le Mans is just such an excellent event. Even though Acura and Cadillac were the only top teams in DPi this year, next years GTP is going to be amazing! So, feel free to talk about anything IMSA or endurance racing!

5. June 22-25 - Watkins Glen (GTP, LMP2, LMP3, GTD Pro, GTD)
6. July 7-9 - Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (GTP, LMP3, GTD Pro, GTD)
7. July 21-22 - Lime Rock (GTD Pro, GTD)
8. Aug. 4-6 - Road America (GTP, LMP2, LMP3, GTD Pro, GTD)
9. Aug. 25-27 - Virginia International Raceway (GTD Pro, GTD)
10. Sept. 15-17 - Indianapolis Motor Speedway (GTP, LMP2, LMP3, GTD Pro, GTD)

2023 Manufacturers in GTP

And I think there is a possibility we will see private teams running cars from the Manufacture so well have at least 8 GTP cars racing each other with a few GTP cars being run by other teams. Super exciting! And as we all know Lamborghini is coming in 2024!

Did anyone watch the 24 Hours of Daytona? Parts of that race was crazy! It was super cool to see all the different cars racing. Most of it was pretty exicting and the LMP2 battle was intense at the end.
