Ferrari junior team really ? The only driver they have developed to race for their team is Massa even that was because Todt's son was his manager and originally Alonso turned down the offer

JEV for the second seat? He's kicking his heels as a Ferrari simulator driver. He's got experience, wouldn't need paying as he's on Ferrari's pay roll and can provide a bit of engine feedback as well. Seems like the perfect choice.
