Apparently Red Bull are using nose cameras and red dots to check the front wing flexion and torsion.

To make sure the front wing isn't flexing at all, no sir, no flex whatsoever kind of flexing?

Felipe Massa's day ended early when he stopped on track after Ferrari deliberately ran him out of fuel.

Anyone know why Ferrari would want to do this?

Testing fuel consumption, all data needs a baseline to work to. I always thought it would be something they do in the 1st test but it's a common occurrence pre season.

Lewis started his simulation 25 minutes after Felipe, so there was about a 12 lap difference between them. So track conditions were completely different for at least half of the race distance. However it is interesting that once the track dried Lewis was simultaneously lapping at the same pace and often quicker with more fuel on board than Felipe.

Felipe has not always excelled in changeable weather...

There is a pattern emerging this week. Whenever there is a Merc on track it is going quicker than everything else!

Alonso sets a 1:27.878 on Mediums. Hopefully we'll have 45mins of slicks before lunch.
