A brief note on the odds. At the beginning of the year each way odds for a place down to 4th were reasonably easy to find. Late in the season the bookies are now only offering e.w. bets down to second place. As a result the odds for anyone other than SV or LH are too favorable to use in our game which takes the odds down to 4th. To do so would result in disproportionately large winnings for some e.w. bets. So I have decided to run with my own odds from now on. I will try and keep it fair.
