Tyre opinions.

there was a bit of talk about how the tyres should evolve. post qatar & i thought i would gauge opinions on here. what you rather see in an F1 race.

we have had both types of racing in the last nearly 50 yrs of televised F1. & weve had fantastic racing with both
 
Option 1 - No degradation, 1 stop, 1 compound, flat out racing

Option 2 - High degradation, 3 stops, multiple compounds, tyre management

3 types of tyre.

Super sticky qually tyres, soft and hard.

Softs last roughly one third of the average tyre wear race and hards last roughly 3/4 of the average tyre wear race.

Degradation is relatiely consistent across the lifespan of the tyre.

Tyre wear would be mostly down to good set ups with all races needing the right strategy. That would do me nicely.
