To add to the usual driver silly season stuff we now have to factor in engine changes for the "non-aligned" teams.
There is a rumour Red Bull will switch to Mercedes which, if I understand the rules correctly, means either Brawn of Force India will lose their power units.

and Williams appear to be looking to get out of their Toyota contract to be able tocontinue to develop their KERS technology (could Toyota really veto this?) and, presumably, to look to get someone either better, or with sponsorship, than Nakajima in the 2nd berth. Cosworth must be top of the list for Williams, especially given the history between the two companies.

Perhaps a Red Bull switch to Mercedes power would allow Torro Rosso to take their Renault units, I can't imagine Ferrari were best pleased when both teams vetoed their request for Schumie to be allowed to test their '09 car. Speculation on my part but you never know...
