Rome Grand Prix from 2012

If it's in the EUR district as reported, then it's not a terribly interesting area for F1 races. I'd love it if they were planning it around the centre of Rome but I just can't see that happening.

If we had a silly track like this then maybe EUR is a great place for racing :) Elavation changes arent visible ad the first hairping goes roound a landmark. Sadly Herman may no think this is a good idea :( Sorry its a bit small though

*BTW that is 3..4 miles if you dont understand smoots

That track reminds me of the DTM track (can't remebber it's name) that runs on a AutoBahn, is me or is Rome just a trivial name this is not going to be past the Coliseum but more in the Surburbs.....

I think there could be an overtaking opportunity down at the Football Stadium Hairpin (Turno calcio stado) as cars could slipstream down the Columbus straight. Where would you put the pit complex?
