Or maybe I just need to proof-read my posts a little more!
That list does sound good, however it worries me slightly. That list sounds to me like they've done a quick check on what fans having been saying they want from F1 and put it forward as there views. Yay everyone loves them and aren't they great.
My worry is two fold;
a) "it's just a dam popularity contest with you people!" Is it all nice talk but with no plan and/or intention to put it into action? Just a way of winning it's fanbase over
Or
b) Are they really going to change rules and regs based on popular opinion rather than actually looking at things properly. As we've seen from past rule changes listening to what the fans demand Isn't always the best thing.

The thing that gives me most confidence is that they seem committed to developing the fan base in the USA (Bernie basically wanted the US to pay for F1 to come to their shores, and to build the fan base). They are also committed to keeping F1 in its heartland (Europe). These seem to be 2 very sensible moves.

The value of that seems very limited. (If only because the fact that somebody chooses to respond to such a survey introduces a certain bias.) But also because of the clear idiocy of some of the responses:
It appears that this is exactly the type of response that the 2017 rules are a catered to. Increasing outright performance to the very likely detriment of the racing.

How is Chase Carey going to reduce Ferrari's royalty payment ? One suggestion would be a sliding reduced payment rather than tell Ferrari you get nothing from now on
It would be interesting to see what fuss Ferrari kick up and whether they would threaten to leave F1 if it were the case they don't get any loyalty payment

If Ferrari threatened to leave I think Liberty would call their bluff. Liberty Media and the potential of F1 is so much bigger than Ferrari. Yes it would damage F1 for Ferrari to leave, but not half as much as it would damage Ferrari. They'd be a laughing stock. Failed to deliver for a decade then sulked off because of money. I think Liberty Media are holding a lot of cards on this one.
In other news Liberty Media can walk on water and make a loaf of bread feed the whole of Silverstone.

I don't expect Liberty will reduce race fees or change back to F2A any time soon. Part of what they bought was an obligation to keep repaying the $4.1bn debt that the sport has

These debts result were taken on over the past few years to pay dividends to F1 shareholders including CVC. In other words, F1 has already paid out the profit it will make over the next five to ten years.
Liberty will get nothing unless they can make even more money than Bernie did. Reducing race fees or TV income would be a shortcut to a debt default.

Basically, as I've said before, Bernie has filled the rotting bodywork up with newspaper, spray painted it and sold on a lemon.

I don't think Ferrari would leave F1 given Liberty Media one of their aims is get US fans interested in F1 which is a big market for Ferrari to sell cars and the brand is traded on NYSE
They will go for an inbetween agreement either reduced payment or a sliding reducing payment each for about 10 years probably
Exiting F1 is a PR disaster for them.. Red Bull, Mercedes and Honda would not mind if it means they get more exposure
