But he is used as a foil for Humphrey's humour, which means that he comes across as a clown, he is shown limited respect but if that's ok with him then that should be ok with everyone. Did Sky want him?

Also i've decided that i'm must possibly gonna watch those races that aren't on the BEEB on Sky. But i'm gonna watch those that are on the BEEB when they on that Channel as i'm split as to which way to go with this one.
