Wondering if anyone can help settle an argument for me 
Watching the WRC from Ireland (or any round for that matter)
As you see, or as it is, hear cars coming into sharp corners you often hear a "tick, tick, squeak, squeak" noise as the cars decelerate for the corner.
I say it's the cars changing down gears using the overrun instead of using the clutch, my friend says otherwise.
Are we both wrong
