Happy to share the full design & measurements with you if you want to pm me? It cost me around £90 in materials but could have been half that as I went overboard in a few areas.
It really helps to have access to a circular saw (which I did), but would have been even better with a drill stand as I made a bit of a mess of the holes for the dowels. I glued it and that makes it very solid, but the dowels made sure the glue dried with the bits in the right place.
thought about it, yes. Not sure I could do it cost effectively though...That's some impressive woodwork, ever thought of mass production?
