Nigel Farage will love this. According to thisisf1 a new team will be on the grid next year. Forza-Rossa is a major supplier of Ferrari road cars in Romania (really? Is there a large Ferrari market there?) which plans to join F1 for next season. The highlight is that Colin Kolles is involved so the team is unlikely to have to build their cars from scratch unless they actually inten running them.

Apparently this is indeed a possibility. Joe Saward reported it yesterday as well. The FIA wants another backmarker in 2015 and they're willing to let "Forza Rossa" have a try.
