You hope that they would look back at this realise how daft this looks announcing in September for a start next year.
Why don't they start the process now, and also put some thought into it, where the applicant not only can deliver a 2012 season, but also a plan to show how they would deliver is for 2013 with the new regs.
Then the new team has at least 12 months to develop & can at the agreement of other teams shadow a team through the year so they can ensure they know what to do, and how to go about it, i.e. not only the cars but the Management around the team...........
