After an extremely average race cherry picking the good things / bad things out of this weekend is a bit more tricky than the races immediately preceding this one.

I've only got a couple but I'm sure others will have more:

Good things:

Lewis Hamilton. Dropped to third and then recovered with apparent ease. His move around the outside of Bottas was an overtake with added middle finger.

Daniel Riccardo - An awful Saturday by every single measure but managed to keep his head together and salvage something

Bad things:

Carlos Sainz - Where Danny Ric turned disaster into some sort of recovery, Sainz turned mediocrity into mediocrity.

Aston Martin - Amazing how poor they look without a car inspired by their friends at Mercedes.

What else?

Good Things:

Lando Norris getting 5th.

Lewis Hamilton’s round the outside overtake on Valtteri Bottas

Daniel Ricciardo’s recovery drive into the points

Bad Things:

Kimi Raikkonen’s school boy error crashing into his own teammate.

George Russell / Williams, they had horrible pace today.

Nikita Mazapin Ignoring blue flags and nearly ruining Sergio Perez’s race.

Good

Hamilton - found the right moment to pick them off

Alpine - they are coming forward which means Alonso is pumped up for Spain

Track itself - its one of those tracks that is fun to race on

Norris - impressive best of the rest again

Bad

Russell - Sunday ruined all the good work

Sainz - sacrificed in a split strategy

Aston Martin - worst race and the slowest of midfield runners...Vettel beaten by Stroll again

Mazepin wonder what James Hunt thinks of his amateurish driving

Good Things
- Enjoyed the wheel to wheel overtakes From Hamilton & Verstappen
- Alonso on the hard tyre stint was very impressive, made some great moves
- Hamilton showing how you win championships, fantastic win but no fireworks
- Bottas good pole, but like previous 4 didnt have the race pace

Bad things
- What was the point of that penalty given to mazapin, 5 secs when your last by over a minute. should be penalty points, because then there would be a actual punishment
- where did Russell pace go, looked so great in qualifying so close to Q3. then was fighting with latifi
- its spain next, & 2020 was 1 of the worst GP's ive seen in my life, until abu dhabi 2020

What did you think of the Ferrari team orders?

sounded very painful and consistent with the broken Ferrari team culture we saw on Netflix.

Good driving from Hamilton and Verstappen ,

A great pity that Red Bull had a power shortage.

Bad luck on Sainz but they were chasing Norris and the Alpines were closing up

Mazepin looks so out of depth comprehensively thrashed by Schumacher...when will this guy get his licence revoked

unfortuantly alot like mclaren in imola, if your holding your teammate up then your going to be asked to move aside & proved when sainz really struggle to make the stint they needed towards the end

He got one penalty point. Very rarely we've seen anywhere a situation where driver gets penalty point(s) but not any other penalty (significant or not)
