Sorry pal, but maybe you should be a bad boy with the ladies, wreck your marriage, lose your kids and be attacked by your wife with a golf club, crashing your 4 x 4 trying to escape. Finally, you have to earn redemption by taking up with a new lady who looks just like your ex. Then maybe I would have had to cut you some slack. If you want rock star treatment, you have to act like a rock star ;)

Each race will be declared A, B, C or D and the number of points awarded for each outcome is shown in the table above.

If you guess predict correctly with both your first and second guesses , your points are doubled. For example, you say it's going to be dry in Bahrain and you stick with that just before the race, you score 4 points.

If you twist and change your mind with your second guess and get it right the second time, you get the points for the correct answer. So, if you say now that it's going to be B, 'threatening', in Britain, but change your mind to A and it is dry, you score 2 points.

If you twist and change your mind with your second guess and get it right first time, but wrong the second time, you lose two points. For example, if you say now that it's going to be C, 'varied', in Belgium, but change your mind to A but it turns out to be varied after all, you lose 2 points.

If neither guess is right you score 0.

Oh, and the deadline is when the poll closes which will be just after 10pm on Thursday 18th.

'tis true that I didn't mention it for China, but having ignored Jos the Boss's pleas for an exception for forgetting Bahrain, I felt that granting you an an exception for forgetting last week would not really be fair!
 
I'm confused (yes, I'm aware it doesn't take much)... I said it'd be dry in China, and didn't change my answer at all, so shouldn't my points be doubled and I get 4 points? I'm possibly probably missing something...
 
Well jez101.

As hypocritical it might seem from me, I unlike Jos the Boss had an actual case, the deadline in China wasn't put in, and the fact I missed it by an hour or so. Unlike Bossy who missed it by a day.

Now you're beginning to understand how he works - he'd scheduled Giancarlo Baghetti, Andrea de Adamich and Beppe Gabbiani to do a turn as a Mariachi band on the grid on Sunday in front of Fernando Alonso (pole, of course) while standing in front of a banner reading "All Italians are ****s" but he's going to have to cancel it now because you've all fucking ruined it and you'll tell everyone.

Ah my apologies jez101 - I hadn't seen any of the other threads before the Chinese weather one. Am I right in thinking then, that as I've not stuck anything in the original thread, I therefore cannot earn double points at all, as all future guesses will technically be my 2nd guess?
Ah well, I'll play along for the sheer fun of being at the bottom :D
