Not really saying Hamilton should or needs to Leave McLaren but thats a line up thats tasty and would be intrested to see how it works out.

McLaren:
Jenson Button, Nico Rosberg
Want to see How Rosberg stacks up in a Potentally WDC winning car.

Ferrari:
Fernando Alonso, Kamui Kobyashi
YES! lets get kobi in a top car, that would spice things up!

Mercades GP:
Paul Di Resta, Adrian Sutil.
Good Lord found it tough finding a "dream line up" for this one!, But Shumi has to retire at some point. Right!?

Renault GP:
Robert Kubica, Bruno Senna
Kubica, if he can retun, will drag them by there shoe laces, and Lets see how Senna really stacks up!

Williams:
Felipe Massa, Kimi Raikonen
Just the team for these two guys to step up, find there feet again. and in the case of Massa get out of the Ferrari Hell hole he's in and find his form again.

Force India:
Nico Hulkenberg, Timo Glock
Two guys who derserve better. Has the Virgin experience battered Glock into a slow and lacklustre exit from F1. His chance to prove many points.

Sauber:
Sergio Perez, Ebastien Gutierrez.
cannot find a better place for Sergio, give him the Ferrari drive when Alonso retires. Lets what the test driver has to give.

Torro Rosso
Mark Webber, Sebastien Buemi
It still looks a RedBull, Simliar livery to a RedBull, will it go like a RedBull in the hands of an ex RedBull driver Eh?

Team Lotus
Vitlay Petrov, Heikki Kovalinen
A shock swich by Rory Byrne, and Petrovs money, Means no excuses can be found for being only best of the new guys.

HRT:
Jamie Alguersuari, Daniel Ricciardo
So is RedBulls latest project better then old one, We will find out here

Virgin
Jerome D'ambrosio, lucas Di Grassi.
Battle of the tail enders, Was Di Grassi that bad in 10, Is Jerome D'ambrosio really all that better? time to find out!

Interestingarticle in the Times today. They forsee Massa going to Sauber, Kovi going to Ferrari, Senna and A.N Other going to Caterham and Bottas at Williams.

It looks like Massa has secured his Ferrari seat for next year but really the driver market is a big joke at the moment. Pay drivers, whether directly or indirectly, dominate the grid at the moment and talent is becoming less signifcant every year.

Right I'm glad to come to this because as far as it is and seems to be most of the top drives have gone now

Red Bull
Vettel
Webber

Mclaren
Button
Perez

Ferrari
Alonso

Mercedes
Rosberg
Hamilton

Lotus
Raikkonen

Marussia
Glock

and we are left with

Ferrari

Massa/Di Resta/Hulkenberg

but it seems like Massa has done enough, Hulkenberg appears to be heading to Sauber ( not sure if Ferrari are supporting this before promoting him later on to prove himself after rumours he had done a deal with Ferrari before hand)

Lotus

Grosjean/ Kovalainen

Grosjean's accident rate is a concern but his potential is recognised if he keeps out of trouble

Kovalainen - probably his last chance at a top team after being a fine team leader for Lotus for 3 years

Toro Rosso

Vergne/Riccardo/ other Red Bull junior drivers

- can't see anyone else that want to drive for them

Williams

Senna/ Maldonado/Bottas/Kovalainen/Sutil/Di Resta

- Senna has not impressed, Maldonado crash prone but saved by his sponsors, Bottas is highly rated, then maybe Williams need someone who can bring the car home in one piece which has cost them posts this season
