For as long as the McLaren has all that gubbins attached I don't think we can read anything at all into Button's times.

could someone remind me, Virgin and HRT running new cars for the first time, cannot remember if the Virgin as already run it?

I believe that the H111 has not yet been seen, but they've not announced if/when they're testing this week. They're just not trying, to be honest with you!
 
The BBC gossip column is suggesting that Ferrari are testing in Vairano. Are they allowed to do this, or is it another case of Maranello Loophole Abuse taking over the world?

Yes I think so. As long as its FIA approved, Might nerk off FOTA though, they organise these tests to keeps the costs down
