Announcement box

Most of you have probably already noticed the addition of an "Announcement" box at the top of the F1 forum:

I thought this was a good way of alerting members to anything useful related to F1.

There is the facility to put a different announcement in each forum, should the need arise.

As always, comments and opinions are welcome.

Excellent addition. Not too intrusive either, just big enough to notice.
