Strange that video as they said it was a rear brake failure and he managed to slow down with the front brakes and yet all the smoke was coming off of the rear tyres as it were they that had locked up absolutely no smoke at all from the front tyres.

Nice to finally have some testing underway and the cars been launched. Won't learn a great deal from this test though, Barcelona is the test where we are likely to learn on cars.
BTW - Sky announced this morning that the Barcelona Test will be shown live on SkyF1HD and Sky 3D.

Undoubtedly they won't send the car out when it's an issue as important as brakes until the problem is resolved.

When I used to drive a Ford Escort, whilst parked outside a friend house some unknown bright spark cut my front off-side brake pipe! Gradual loss of fluid on the drive home... by the time I got home, I practically had no brakes!

A peek of sunshine......absolutely racecub......especially when you consider that Lewis before his crash, at the time posted the 2nd fastest lap, after running only 6 laps on the track.
