I don't think that this is quite so nailed on as in previous years - given the budget cap (and the fact that as reigning constructors champions, their budget is further restricted)...

i might be wrong & this could be 2018 ferrari where leclerc came following year & showed how more time was left on the table

but i think that was Hamilton like 17, 18 & 19. that dragged that car into within a lap of the title. i would go as far as to day anyone else (as leclerc & Russell are still untested at this level) & verstappen has it sown up in USA or Mexico
