Ferrari ( Luca) have been asking for the following things
3 cars or third car allowed because only them, Mclaren, Mercedes and Red Bull possibly can run third cars given their budgets
more testing because then chance to test parts and use test drivers as well as use their resources more to pull their weight
The rest of the field don;t have that much resources to play with like Ferrari
Red Bull
- trying to fend off constant accusations of cheating or breaking agreements since last year
